I ordered three large blinds for my 10 x 15 patio. I tried to install them myself by putting them together. They were pretty easy to put together, but I cannot install them by myself. I hired an electrician. There was a little trial and error and one of the motors had a missing antenna. The Electrician installed two of them and we had to wait for the third motor with antenna. Once they were all complete me and my wife were thrilled the Electrician you hire should be a good one, but you will not be disappointed with the quality. I price these at another company with installation included and it was well over $20,000 for my 10 x 15 patio. I paid about $3500 for my custom motorized blinds and another 2500 for the installation by quality Electrician. The customer service from ZShine was phenomenal.

I did not know you could call straight to Shanghai, China as a video call. Both guys I spoke to were really helpful and their service was phenomenal! If you invest a time and patience, you will get a good quality blind and excellent customer service.

Quality materials at a good price.

The price was high, some items were missing, and I received an unexpected item. It was also very difficult to assemble. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Great price, quality and service. I installed a large custom printed shade at my ranch, there was a fitment issue that Zshine’s customer service was quick to resolve and send me a couple new parts. Can't beat the price. I have a window that is 93" across and 48" tall. They custom made a roller blind that fits perfectly, installed easily, and runs by remote control! I love it! Ordered one a year ago for my living room and only just plugged it in to recharge it. Works great! Can't believe how long the charge lasts!! It seems to have come from China. I was expecting it to take months and be damaged, but it came quickly and was packaged very well. No damage even though box was 8 feet long!
